The Internet is a window to the world, that cyberspace which also the Valencia City Council wants to take advantage of all its possibilities, to make it a valuable instrument of approximation to the citizen, a new form of access to municipal services to make arrangements and consultations, - request for documents, payment of taxes-, and also be able to express opinions, suggestions and proposals.
